No fiberboard, plywood or particle board has been used for this crate. Mortise and tenon joints and quality hardware makes for a sturdy and durable wooden dog crate designed to provide security for your pet, plus style and beauty in your home for years to come. Pinnacle’s uses a multi-step varnish finishing process that is designed to make the crate easy to clean and to enhance the natural beauty of the cherry wood grain. To preserve this piece of furniture, this crate does not come with a built in crate floor. This is because built in flooring can become scratched or damaged over time and can be difficult to replace. An optional crate tray and/or mattress can be purchased separately that is specifically made to fit this furniture.
